If a team cancels 45 days prior to the event, any payment received will be refunded, less $400. If a team cancels less than 44 days prior to a tournament, there is no refund.
Individual-Entry Events (Camps, Clinics, Evaluations & Tournament Teams)
If a player cancels 40 days prior to the event, a penalty of 50% of the registration fee will be assessed. Any remaining payment received will be refunded. If a player cancels within 39 days or less, there is no refund.
If an event is canceled due to COVID-19 there will be a full refund issued. Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.
