To ensure your Payment is applied timely and accurately we ask that you please include the Player Name, Event or Team Program Name, and Invoice Number or Order Number in the Memo Field on the check to best assist our Accounting Department.

Cancellation Policy
Tournaments
If a team cancels 90 days prior to the event, any payment received will be refunded, less $400. If a team cancels less than 89 days prior to a tournament, there is no refund.
Individual-Entry Events (Camps, Clinics, Evaluations, Tournament Teams & International Tour Teams)
If a player cancels 120 days prior to the event, a penalty of 50% of the registration fee will be assessed. Any remaining payment received will be refunded. If a player cancels within 119 days or less, there is no refund.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
No portion of a player’s and/or a player’s team's registration fee will be refunded in the event of cancellation of the Events for reasons beyond Play Hockey Group’s control, including damage to event buildings/fields, mechanical breakdown, pandemics, acts of God or other failure of the facilities which would, in Play Hockey Group's sole and unfettered discretion, prevent the proper operation of the Events for which a player and/or a player’s team have registered.
