What if I want to arrive early or stay later?
If you plan to extend your stay, please notify Play Hockey Tours Services of your intended travel dates. We will arrange the additional hotel nights and ensure your room is reserved for the entire duration of your stay.
By extending through PLAY Hockey, you will remain in the same room for the duration of the event.
Will the team practice prior to the tournament?
Generally, our teams have 1-2 practices and an exhibition prior to the tournament start date.
If we don’t know how many family members will join the trip, should we wait to register?
Please register as soon as you decide to attend. You can always add/remove family members or update the adult traveling with the player at a later date.
Are hockey-only / a la carte packages available?
À la carte items are not available for our international events. All guests traveling with the group are required to book a land package.
What is included in the package pricing?
- Our land packages include all major trip expenses once you arrive in Europe, including lodging, bus transportation, all hockey fees, guided tours, most meals and staff (coaches and trip staff).
*Flights are not included in package prices.*

Cancellation Policy
If a player cancels 120 days prior to the event, a penalty of 50% of the registration fee will be assessed. Any remaining payment received will be refunded. If a player cancels within 119 days or less, there is no refund.
