As head coach of the 2015 Jr Blues, Joe’s leadership and positive approach have made a lasting impact on his players, parents, and fellow volunteers. Known for his ability to bring out the best in his team, Joe focuses on developing both skill and character while encouraging teamwork, effort, and personal growth.

Joe’s calm and composed presence behind the bench sets the tone for his team, even in challenging moments. He keeps his players focused, confident, and excited to play while ensuring everyone, including parents and staff, feels heard and supported. His commitment goes well beyond coaching, as he takes on administrative tasks and team organization with care and dedication.
