NEWS | PLAY Hockey Announce CEP Mindset As Mental Performance Coaching Partner

Winnipeg, MB – PLAY Hockey, the global leader in Youth Hockey events, are proud to announce a new partnership with CEP Mindset developed to help promote practical and personalized mental performance strategies.

CEP Mindset is one of the largest Mental Performance Coaching firms in North America that helps athletes improve their mindset and achieve Consistent Elite Performance. PLAY Hockey understands the pressures that some young hockey players experience from others or put on themselves. Through education and support strategies, CEP Mindset and PLAY Hockey hope to help all players to perform at their best, mentally and physically.

About CEP Mindset:
A former OHL player that went onto to play five years in the CIS, Cassidy Preston became obsessed with trying to crack the code on how to create personalized and practical strategies that delivered repeatable and reliable results for elite athletes and high-performers in all areas of life. This passion drove Cassidy to take his lived experiences to academia where he earned his Ph.D. in Sport Psychology from York University.
