Winnipeg, MB – PLAY Hockey and KidSport agree on Canadian Partnership to grow the game So ALL Kids Can Play!

KidSport is a National Charity that supports children who need financial assistance with sport registration fees and equipment costs. Both PLAY Hockey and KidSport believe that the power of sport participation promotes the development of children’s social, mental and physical well being. Through increasing access to quality sport programs, KidSport firmly believes sport participation strengthens communities across Canada.

Our organizations are excited to announce that the Month of May will now be known as “PLAY Hockey KidSport Month”. The joint effort will see fundraising locations on site at all Canadian PLAY Hockey event locations in May. During this month PLAY Hockey will also use our platform to promote the amazing things KidSport is doing to strengthen our communities through sport.
