NEWS | FIVE OF SPORTSNET’S TOP SIX PLAYERS FOR THE 2024 DRAFT PLAYED IN WORLD SELECTS INVITATIONAL
Sportsnet.ca released its November Edition of 2024 NHL Draft Prospect Rankings ahead of the 2024 NHL Draft and the top five players all played in the World Selects Invitational (WSI) Series.
The Top Five include:
1. Macklin Celebrini
2. Cole Eiserman
3. Ivan Demidov
4. Berkly Catton
6. Artyom Levshunov
Macklin Celebrini (U12, U13), Cole Eiserman (U12), Ivan Demidov (U13, U14), Berkly Catton (U12, U13) and Artyom Levshunov (U13, U14) all took advantage of the opportunity to play against the best players in the world at their age group while being able to travel to a destination in Europe.
Macklin Celebrini currently plays for Boston University in the NCAA. Cole Eiserman suits up for the United States National Team Development Program. Ivan Demidov plays for St. Petersburg in the KHL while Berkly Catton plays in the WHL for the Spokane Chiefs. Artyom Levshunov plays for Michigan State University in the WHL.
