Unfortunately, due to low participation numbers, the testing prior to the NAHC tournament has been CANCELED. We are excited and hopeful that we will offer this type of program to teams and players again in the future as we see this as a fun and beneficial experience.

- PLAYER REPORTS: Integrated and comparable data reporting based on age.
- GET A BASELINE: A baseline will show an athlete’s progression during their career in sport.
- IDENTIFY STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES: You can determine your strengths and weaknesses by comparing fitness and skill test results to other athletes in the same training group, the same sport, or the same age in a similar population group.
- SET GOALS: Specific and general fitness goals should be set after the initial testing. By repeating the tests at regular intervals, you can get an idea of the effectiveness of the training program and whether your goals are being achieved.
- DESIGN AN INDIVIDUALIZED PROGRAM: Once the areas of strength and weakness have been identified, an appropriate training program could be designed to workout efficiently and maximize gains by concentrating your efforts on the areas of greatest need.
- COMPARE TESTING RESULTS: Athletes and coaches can compare results from an athlete’s past testing sessions AND to other athletes in their sport, age, or similar population group.
