WELCOME TO THE 2025 MJI ORDER PAGE

Click on the start button below to begin your jersey and teamwear order journey. 

This order relates to teamwear included in your registration. A separate teamstore with additional teamwear options that can be customized will be opened soon. 

For families who have multiple children in the program, please complete a form for each child.

Please carefully review and select the correct information below to ensure accurate and timely orders for all players. 

Key Notes:

  1. Players returning to their specific team will have first preference on jersey #'s. 
  2. Please double-check sizes, as all orders are final, and no additional opportunities to order will be available.  
  3. The deadline for all orders is January 15th 2025.
  4. If a jersey is not ordered by the deadline, a blank jersey in a generic size for that age group will be ordered, without a name bar.
